The hot water has good pressure and the bathroom works, but there was no shampoo or conditioner. If you let them clean the room, they only make the bed. The sheets and towels are never changed. The rooms are bad, like prison cells. If you get an unlucky room, the window doesn't face the lake, and it's worse than a room with a lake view. Don't leave anything valuable in the room, things have been stolen, according to other guests I spoke to. The heating works, but its intake fan makes the air so dry that my throat hurt in the morning. Dinner is good, though the smell of milanesa or whatever they're cooking travels through the vents from the ground floor and fills the fifth floor. Breakfast was one medialuna and dry toast with the rest of the food. Hot water for a thermos cost 100 pesos. The internet barely worked on the fifth floor, so I had to spend money on mobile data. This is the right hotel, and reviews from five years ago still mention the same problems in 2023 🤣.

The staff were so friendly and attentive, and the location is great, close to the city center. Our room was comfortable and had a lovely lake view. We didn't try the food since many menu items weren't available. The bathroom and shower could've been better, and cleaning staff made some noise early in the morning, even on Sundays. Still, it was a very good stay.
