The common areas are spacious, the bathroom is roomy, and the kitchen is well equipped. The views are great, the lockers are a good size, and it was very comfortable. Breakfast is basic, check-in was fuss-free, and reception is open 24 hours. It's centrally located near buses, restaurants, and supermarkets. Shout-out to Iñaki, Leo and Luis for being so welcoming and nice! I recommend the place and hope to visit again.

The terrace has the best view in town. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were okay clean. We had a private room, and a small breakfast was included. Big plus for the good brewed coffee and milk!

The magnificent lake view is the best thing about this hostel. My other impressions weren't so good: the mattresses were uncomfortable, it was noisy at night, the Wi-Fi was unreliable and very slow, breakfast was bland, and I found a couple of bed bugs. The staff didn't speak English very well either. During my short stay, I saw several travelers move to another hostel because they didn't like it here much.

The terrace view is the only good thing I found here. I stayed two nights, then switched hostels. Staff were unfriendly and unwilling to help, and Wi-Fi only worked at reception. When I had a work call, I politely asked the receptionist to turn the music down a little, but she didn't care. One of the cleaning staff also had no manners when talking to guests. Breakfast was nothing special, the bunk bed had no ladder, and both the rooms and bathroom were small.
