Palo Santo Hotel

We loved the terrace for cocktails, though a little music out there would make it even nicer. Breakfast was perfect. The rooms were clean and stylish, with a very comfortable bed and great amenities. The front desk team, especially Adrien, were fabulous. They treated us like gold, remembered our names, and made wonderful dinner reservations.

A small boutique hotel on a quiet street, and a lucky find. The location was superb and the lobby water refill station was really convenient. Every room has a small balcony, either facing the street or the inner courtyard. Staff at the front desk, breakfast restaurant, and elsewhere were super helpful.

I came away with mixed feelings after a long weekend. The location is great and the staff are very helpful, but the rest was pretty average. The room was spacious and comfortable, though the mattress wasn’t great. Charging $2.50 USD for an in-room Nespresso Capsule, with no other coffee option, feels ridiculous. I’ve stayed in 1000+ places across 100+ countries and never seen that before. It’s the principle more than the price that bothers me. The pool is tiny, and the wide angle photos are deceiving, though the hot tub is nice. I skipped breakfast after the first day because the room is really small and the choices are limited. The iron and ironing board were terrible too.

In the Palermo Area, this hotel felt safe and was very clean. The rooms were comfortable and fully equipped, and there’s a restaurant, small gym, rooftop pool, and heated jacuzzi. They also offer a breakfast buffet. Service was excellent, with a very friendly staff who go out of their way to help.
