Belgrano is beautiful, with restaurants, all kinds of shops and parks nearby. Public transport is easy, with the subway and buses just around the corner. It's our home away from home, and I highly recommend it. We've stayed in different buildings in this apartment complex for 3-4 weeks at a time over several years. It's a fabulous option for short or long stays. Guido and his team are amazing, quick to respond and keen to accommodate each guest's needs.

The bathroom smelled bad and had no bidet. The rooms were dirty, and the towels they supplied for a week were tiny and thin. Reception and WhatsApp customer service were no help: they gave wrong information, overcharged me, or couldn't answer basic questions. I booked through Despegar, which listed the price as $1200, but Urban Rent charged me $1550 at an exchange rate of 1440, when the official rate was 1403, plus VAT and unspecified taxes. When we complained, they offered a free deep cleaning and linen change. The cleaning was quite poor, and the linen change was valued at 5000 pesos. The day after it was done, the receptionist still charged us for it, and charged 6000 pesos instead. When I asked for a receipt, they sent me a botched one. They refunded only part of the overcharge and tried to give me cash even though I'd paid by credit card. Don't stay here, they're scammers.

The place is beautiful, has everything you could need, and is in an unbeatable location. I'd only add more mirrors 🤠The reception staff were outstanding, always friendly, helpful and courteous.
