The bathroom could use an update. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was nice.

The rooms felt too dark for me, and breakfast was basic but enough. The location is strategic if you’re attending an event at Centro de Convenciones Buenos Aires. All the staff were welcoming, especially William Seekatz, who helped us with food deliveries, reservations, and suggestions for nearby places. Gracias!

We ended up staying even after finding out that what we’d read and been shown was for another property. It wasn’t what we expected, though we didn’t hate our time there. The rooms were small but comfortable enough, breakfast was totally fine, and the staff were kind. As mentioned, the elevators were tiny. The location felt a bit odd, not quite in one area or another, but we could walk to everything we wanted. I’m not sure I’d stay again.

For a hotel calling itself four-star, really? You have to ring a bell to get someone to open the main door, and no one offered to bring our luggage up. There wasn’t anywhere to put clothes, no dresser or drawers. The room outlets were all outdated and didn’t work, so I had to beg for an adapter just to charge my phone. I couldn’t charge my watch and laptop at the same time either. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
