Kaime

CAVIAHUE itself is beautiful, and we’ll come back, just not to KAIME. We stayed there during our 2025 winter vacation, which we’d planned with family and friends: three families with children aged 8 and 10. We chose KAIME for its heated pool, playground, sauna, and family atmosphere. The stay was TERRIBLE for what we paid, which wasn’t cheap. We DO NOT RECOMMEND it. The owner said the sauna could only be used for 15 minutes a day and wanted us to coordinate with the other guests so it would be switched on just once daily. The pool was only available after 5 p.m., not earlier, and only as long as he was there. Breakfast was included but very basic, nothing like what we’d been told before booking. The place was poorly cleaned. Room cleaning was included, but they barely made the beds and didn’t take out the trash, even after we asked several times. I’ve attached photos. We were the ONLY guests because of the weather and lack of snow, yet service was still awful. They even locked us out of the common room where we could gather, talk, play board games, or heat water for mate. They didn’t look after their guests. The photos show a cabin curtain hanging from a hanger, terrible lighting, a broken shower and toilet seat, broken door handles, and things held together with wire. I hope they realize this in time and change the way they do things.

The cabins are well equipped, and breakfast is excellent. Yani and Marta, the owners, put so much care into looking after you. It’s a warm, welcoming place, and I highly recommend it!

Marta makes a lovely homemade breakfast with care, and the rooms are spacious. Marta and Gianni welcomed us warmly, and the peace and quiet were just what we needed. You can feel how much the owners love this place. Oh, and the Invernalia burgers are a must-try!! Thanks so much. We’ll be back.

The indoor pool is warm and relaxing after a day out sightseeing. Breakfast was spectacular, with lots of variety and everything homemade. Our room was really nice, and the place felt warm and comfortable. A 10 out of 10 in every way.
