I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel, and I don't think it deserves a four-star rating. We stayed in a suite with a jacuzzi. While we were asleep, the bathroom flooded and water reached the living area, soaking our clothes, electronics, and other belongings. The manager first said the hotel wasn't responsible and didn't apologize. We had to push just to get the laundry for the soaked clothes covered, and they initially considered charging us for it. After the incident, I had to go on a glacier trekking tour without proper gear, hurt my ankle, and felt unwell during the trip. Some belongings were ruined for good, including a book and my AirPods Max ear pads. The rest of the property also fell short of what I'd expect from a four-star place. The room was old and dusty, the shared areas were poorly kept, the jacuzzi wasn't clean, the room was uncomfortably hot, and the breakfast and service were far below expectations. I'd suggest looking for a well-rated three-star place instead. You may well get a better and more honest stay.

There's a good lunch, dinner, and breakfast at the on-site restaurant. The hotel has amazing views over Lago Argentino, and it's roughly a 15-20 minute walk to the city center. A great hotel.

The bathroom was one of the best I've been in, and the room itself was spacious, tidy, warm, and had a comfortable bed. Breakfast was good. The hotel WiFi didn't reach our room, though, and the old TV had a weak signal and wasn't useful. There was no reception between 23h and 7am. That barely affected us, but people arriving late or leaving early should take note.

We booked two nights but left after the first. We would have gone as soon as we checked in, but had nowhere else to stay. The rooms were tired and dirty, the staff didn't seem to care, and the stale breakfast was no good. A sprinkler was shooting into the room. The view was nice, but couldn't make up for any of that. I don't understand how anyone gives this place more than one star. Do not stay here.
