The worst place I've ever stayed. It felt like a run-down apartment, not a hostel. The kitchen is tiny for a place with rooms for eight, and there's very little equipment. The fridge is awkward and has no shelves; there are no lockers or cupboards either. We got only cold water, and a broken window by the shower head made it freezing in winter. There was no cleaning service at all during our five days, apart from changing the sheets when guests checked in and out, so it got filthy. I wouldn't recommend it.

We traveled for days to get here, but after seeing how dirty it was, we decided to leave. We didn't even want to use the toilet or shower.

It's a nice place, but there's no key for the room or house, so don't leave valuables behind when you go out.

It's basic and not especially expensive. The host is friendly.

I enjoyed staying here at Max. The Canon has everything you need, and having a kitchen of your own is great.
