The room was gorgeous and very comfortable, with a river view, and breakfast was excellent. I especially liked the barbecue area for family time and a laid-back afternoon while the kids enjoyed the pool. You can even bring a pet, which is unusual. The staff were attentive and friendly throughout. We're so happy with our stay and promise we'll be back soon.

Our prepaid booking was not honored because the hotel said it was "fully booked." They refunded the money, but that doesn't make up for the stress, wasted time, and inconvenience. It felt like they were taking more reservations than they could actually accommodate. Such a disappointing experience, with no organization, commitment, or respect for customers. I wouldn't choose this place if reliability and peace of mind matter to you.

I made sure to book six months ahead for the Surubí National Festival, and two months after the reservation was confirmed and fully paid, they canceled it. Their reason was that "the owner's friends" were coming to stay at the hotel. Completely shameful and unprofessional. I absolutely can't recommend them. You'd have to check whether the owner's friends might decide to come when you're planning your stay. A terrible experience.
