I was nervous after reading the reviews, but the staff made me feel at home as soon as I got there. The waitresses were the best, and one was so sweet to my son that he asked to take a photo with her as a keepsake because he said he'd miss her. The cooks were wonderful too, and the cleaning was incredible. The food and breakfast were both 10/10. Rooms are small but practical and had everything I needed. Whenever something came up, they fixed it right away. Excellent, 10/10, and I highly recommend them.

Traveling by myself, I was fine in the room, though the air conditioning needs fixing. Breakfast could be better as well. The staff were really friendly, I had a good experience, and the location was good.

The food was so delicious I can't even describe it, and our room was super comfortable. The bathroom was excellent too. I came with my girls and felt right at home thanks to the staff. They were humble and so attentive to what we needed. I'm leaving with lovely memories.

There are lots of places to eat and drink nearby, along with shopping centers, markets, and kiosks open around the clock. The location is really good, and the whole hotel team was friendly and attentive. Thanks again, from Juan Ugarte. 10/10.
