Hotel Mallorca

We’d planned to stay for just two days, but ended up extending because we liked it so much. The hotel is nice, the price was good, and the service felt very professional. Thanks for a lovely vacation!

A good place to slow down and relax. It has an old world feel and is run as a small family business by young, friendly people. We could arrive, leave our bags, and check in after 3pm. There are two little dogs who like sitting in the back courtyard. If you’re after something modern, this probably isn’t for you.

It feels like being in a home from the 70s, and they’ve kept that feeling going. This family run place has top notch service.

The room worked out, though it was very small and a bit chaotic for two friends. There are larger options. The shower worked pretty well, even though it faces the bedroom door and is opposite the toilet. For the price, though, the value is spot on. Breakfast was basic but pleasant, with warm bread, medialunas, and tea. A nice start to the day. There are also a few little dogs and a cat, and it was lovely being greeted by them. The courtyard inside is a warm, relaxing spot, and the staff were incredibly sweet and professional. They even let us leave our luggage for the day. The hostel has a great feel to it, and the price to quality ratio is amazing. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the big park, where you can wander and relax for hours, and around 20 minutes to downtown and some good restaurants. Mendoza felt unusually calm and safe to walk around. The people seemed to be enjoying life, and that’s a nice feeling to have while visiting. All in all, a nice stay.
