The breakfast is pretty basic and not very good. Apart from that, it’s a 10/10 for the price. The location is handy, close to everything, and the staff were excellent and attentive. It’s a comfortable place to sleep and shower.

We were there for 8 days, and getting the room cleaned was a struggle. Nobody offered; we had to ask, and they barely even gave us a broom. They didn’t replace the comforters either. When we asked a gentleman, he nearly hit them. They also charged 1000 pesos for hot water. The location is good, but the bed was terrible, with springs that somehow didn’t come out. The shower curtain was far too short, so water ended up all over the floor. Nobody ever checked in to ask how we were or whether we needed anything.

The bathroom was awkward to use because of the shower drainage. The rooms are small, and the walkways are narrow.

The reception staff were friendly, but the room they gave us, number 36, really isn’t recommended. The bed was unusable, the bathroom was tiny, and the shower was just a little niche with no water.

We were very happy with our stay and would choose this hotel again if we come back. The room was small, but fine for me and my partner, and it was good value, especially since on vacation a hotel is mainly somewhere to sleep and shower. Staff were fantastic and attentive throughout, and housekeeping did a great job. We got fresh towels and toiletries every day. Breakfast was acceptable.
