The rooms are clean, though a bit small. What really bothers me is the service, which doesn't meet the standard I'd expect from an international chain. After the first day of a longer stay, nothing gets replenished except the toilet paper. No water bottles, tea bags, lotion, or shampoo, so you have to make the same bottle of water last the whole stay or buy more. Laundry is ridiculously expensive. Ironing one shirt costs $10, and washing is charged by the bag even if you only have one shirt. We also found out today that there's no laundry service on weekends, exactly when you'd want business shirts washed. I'll avoid this hotel next time. At this price, it's not what I expect from Hilton.

I often have lunch at Vive restaurant for work, and I've also been there with my one year old baby. We were welcomed and had a great meal, and they have two baby's chairs for dining. The executive lunch options are great. I also come frequently to the lobby bar for coffee and patisserie with friends and family, both excellent. The service is always kind and polite, but extremely slow when taking orders and bringing the check, so I always have to pay directly at the pay desk. The food arrives quickly once ordered.

The menu has quality options with special flavors, and the Front Desk and Service Teams are professional and communicate very well. Access is easy. Thank you Hilton!

The staff were kind and efficient, and there was a security guard near the entrance keeping an eye out for unwanted visitors. The room was roomy enough for us, had what we needed, and the bed was really comfortable. We could walk to the city center, the shopping center, and Plaza de las Banderas, which is a lovely tourist spot. Breakfast was a free buffet at the ground-floor restaurant, where lunch and dinner were also available. Underground parking costs extra. The pool was closed, which is why I took off a star, and they didn't provide free drinking water. Still, it was a really good place, with great city views and a handy location.

A nice three-star place. My room looked out onto a busy street, and Argentina gets going late, so I usually didn't get much sleep before 1 am.
