The pool and hot tub were disgusting, with not enough water and dead bugs floating in them. We booked for one night and left. If you’re planning a spa stay, ask about the pool first. This was a really bad experience.

The menu isn’t excessive, and there’s an invitation to use the bedrooms. This is a convention hotel, so it’s normal to have large groups, but individual diners are welcome too. Groups can make things impersonal for staff, so individual guests are welcome.

Most of the amenities weren’t working. The pool and jacuzzi water was green, and the jacuzzi in the room had brown water.

The location was good and the service was tip-top. The infrastructure was good too, though breakfast didn’t offer many healthy choices.

Breakfast was great, but the hotel spa hours didn’t fit guests’ free time. The room carpet was spoiled.
