So good!

The staff were excellent, the Wi-Fi was fast and worked really well, and parking was available. It's close to both the beach and the town center. Breakfast was good for the price, and the croissants were delicious.

I was there from February 26th to March 1st. The place is near Plaza Pereira, about three blocks from the beach, and close to the city center. Everyone was very friendly, the service was excellent, and breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

A quiet, child-friendly place, and I recommend it. The staff are all very friendly and attentive, and the hotel is comfortable and helpful in every way. Breakfast is plentiful and varied. The location is excellent, near the beach and downtown, with shops close by and a bus stop right on the corner. They clean every day and provide fresh towels and sheets daily.

I trusted the newer reviews and the owner's explanation that the bad ones came from the previous owner's management, but I couldn't find the positives people mentioned. The room was for four, yet the bathroom was very basic, with a sliding door that had a 3 cm gap underneath, so there was very little privacy. There was nowhere to hang towels or put shampoo, so everything had to go on the floor, and there was no curtain. Breakfast was extremely poor. On the first morning they brought two fewer pastries than they should have. When I complained, the woman got angry and said they'd counted them all. After I insisted, she gave me pastries left over from the next table. She carried the basket into the kitchen and brought it back, without even trying to hide what she'd done. It was very badly managed, and she was the owner. I've stayed in two-star hotels, and this one doesn't deserve even one star. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, the place was run-down, the mattress sagged, and the pillows smelled of sweat. We spent one night there, then looked for somewhere better and left after two nights. It was a horrible experience, and I don't recommend it. There are other hotels in the same location that cost a little more but offer a huge difference for a small amount of money. One more important detail: the Wi-Fi didn't work.
