Amazing!!

The rooms let in both noise and morning light. You could hear conversations from other rooms and even reception, and the uncovered vent in the anteroom made it impossible to sleep once the sun came up. We also had cold shower water until reception checked the heaters after we reported it. Cleanliness was a problem in several areas: there were cobwebs in the room, tables in the gallery sat for hours with food scraps and dirty napkins, and the restaurant had dusty, dirty windows and an unswept floor. The grounds are attractive, with old plows and chairs for relaxing, though abandoned paint buckets spoil the look. Breakfast is described as included, but a sign says scrambled eggs and orange juice cost extra. Also, there's a party hall across the street. Check whether an event is planned before you arrive, because the music is played at full volume and there's no municipal oversight. If there is a party, you won't be able to sleep. The restaurant is in the same complex, though I don't know if it has the same owner.

We only got to spend a day here and wished we had more time. The view is beautiful, and there are spaces for bowling, volleyball, golf, and ping pong, plus a pool. You can sit at the mate tables or relax in the winter garden/gallery while still enjoying the view. We'll be back.
