Juan Carlos's friendly, pleasant manner makes the hotel feel warm and welcoming. It's in a quiet area but very well located. The rooms are clean and a reasonable size, and the value for money is excellent. I definitely recommend it.

The area is peaceful but still close to everything, which made the location a real plus. The best part, though, was Juan Carlos. He’s so welcoming that you feel at home as soon as you arrive. It’s also great value, and I’d happily stay here again. Thanks for your hospitality, Juan Carlos.

The owner and his son made us feel at home even before we’d booked, and that feeling continued when we arrived. We got there before check-in, but they let us leave our bags while the room was being vacated and cleaned. They also suggested things to do and places to see. The location worked well for us: it’s outside the center, but the tourist spots are all under a 15-minute walk away. We had two rooms, both with a TV and air conditioning and/or heating. There’s parking, though we left the car outside since the area felt quiet. When we headed home, they checked in with us on WhatsApp to see if we’d arrived safely. We’ll definitely come back if we return to Carlos Paz. A really excellent hotel.
