A disaster. Our room wasn’t cleaned, and after we told them we’d left clothes in a drawer, they had somehow vanished. If you forget something, apparently it never turns up. The staff and service were terrible, and the whole thing felt dishonest. I wouldn’t sleep soundly there after that. Anything could disappear at any time. No values at all, a disaster.

The dinner show was poorly handled, and the steak served to more than 100 guests was very tough. When we asked for more drinks, they delayed and said they’d bring them after dessert. We asked again once dessert had arrived, and were told drinks would then cost extra. For a hotel that presents itself as one of the city’s most exclusive, you expect a different level of service. What a shame.

Really good experience. The breakfast was tasty, and the facilities were top-notch. There’s spacious, secure parking inside the hotel, which makes things much easier.

The rooms are roomy and comfortable, and the city center is an easy walk away. Service was excellent too, and the location worked really well for us.

Breakfast was very good, and the hotel was clean and really nice. The parking is the one drawback: they do have spaces, but there aren't enough for all the guests.
