The apartments were comfortable, and the location was great. A few things were frustrating, like the broken bathroom light and the AC remote that didn't work. The pool's fine for relaxing, but it's too shallow to swim in.

The hotel is really nice and very well located. But after we ordered room service one day, some of our personal belongings were missing. We raised it with the manager, who said it couldn't have happened because the staff had worked there for a long time. He didn't offer us any way to resolve it.

The apartment was spacious and very nice, and the location was excellent. The room hadn't been cleaned well, though, and several alfajores we'd brought as a gift had even "disappeared." The pool water turned green on the second day and stayed that way. Breakfast and dinner were poor too, with hardly any variety and food that wasn't tasty.

The contact person was rude and didn't reply to messages. We also had a bad time with the parking, found no towels or soap, and discovered the window was broken. I absolutely wouldn't recommend this place.
