Excellent!

The pool was nice and clean, and the grounds were pleasant. The complex itself is comfortable, but only has the very basics. If you’re staying more than two nights, you’ll probably want to find somewhere else. The mattresses were in bad shape, the sheets were dirty, and so were the plates and cutlery. They don’t provide detergent or a sponge! There’s no Wi-Fi at all, and they should make that clear. The children’s playground isn’t really a playground. It’s in terrible shape. The worst part was that the cabin flooded completely inside during a very heavy downpour. Cabin 3 was literally soaked through. As for the complaint that they don’t tell you check-in is at the other hotel, it is stated quite clearly in the email they send you. The guy at reception was super sweet, but he lied to us about the Wi-Fi, haha. The complex is cheap, so the value for money isn’t bad at all.

We booked a chalet in November that was supposed to include a day pass and covered parking. When we arrived, we were sent to another hotel to collect the keys, then given a studio apartment instead of a cabin, with no parking. We felt completely scammed. Pablo was disrespectful and very rude. He raised his voice, acted arrogantly, hung up on us, offered no solution, refused to refund our money, and blocked our calls. Getting in was awful, and the room was disgusting: the refrigerator was unplugged and everything smelled damp. The service was terrible. Do not come here. I absolutely don’t recommend it.

The shared patio and pool were very nice, and parking was convenient and easy to access. The cabin itself was too small for four people, though, and the mattresses need replacing. The pillows were awful, and there was a musty smell when we walked in. There was nobody at the complex to answer questions. No internet, either, and the TV signal was poor.
