The staff are friendly and the service is good. The kitchen gear is a real mess, though, and pretty much everything else needs maintenance. Nothing special.

Lorena was attentive throughout our stay. We spent 12 days in cabin 1, which we found very pleasant. The grounds were large and spotless, the parking area felt secure, and the small pool was always clean. There are all sorts of shops nearby at good prices, and it’s nice to walk around there and get away from city noise. I’d recommend it for families with kids.

We felt ripped off by the price, considering how little was offered. We rented all three cabins for 14 people, and the whole complex was a disaster. The pool was basically a basin that could fit only four people, and the water was dirty. We raised the issue and got no real response, just that they’d pass our complaints on to the owners. Two of the four cabins leaked inside during a night of rain. The dishes, sheets, and facilities were all in terrible shape.

The cabins were visibly unclean and neglected. The bathroom curtains had mold, outlets and nightstands were broken, the fans didn’t work, and there was no air conditioning. TVs were old and didn’t work properly, and the kitchen utensils were poor quality. The pool was dirty and too small for the resort’s capacity. We paid as if it were the best, but ended up with worse than what we have at home. Not recommended, it was terrible.
