We've been coming to this same hotel each summer for years, and stayed over New Year's and the first days of January this time. Juan and the staff are so helpful, and the place is very clean. The pool and patio are lovely, and we had lunch in one of the little thatched-roof shelters by the pool. We have children aged 3 and 5, and the atmosphere is very family-friendly. Our room worked perfectly for us. I still remember when they lent me a stroller to take my baby for a walk. There's also a small playground the kids loved. Breakfast is adequate, and the location is close to both the beach and town center. We left our SUV parked from arrival until departure. The price is very good. We hope to come back soon. The staff were outstanding, always smiling and ready to help. Our room was very comfortable and had a flat-screen smart TV, and the bathroom shower had good water pressure. It's only a block and a half from the beach. The hotel has a rustic feel, with lots of well-kept green space, a pool, and a small bar open all day. A very good experience, highly recommend it.

Awful experience. I left a new jacket behind, and they said they'd keep it safe. When I came back for it, they told me it had "disappeared" and that they couldn't be responsible for the people who work there. I asked them to replace it, then they just stopped replying. To be clear, THEY ARE THE OWNERS!!! The whole hotel was dirty, run-down, and extremely low quality. The pictures they post are UNREAL!!! Scammers. Terrible people, absolutely not recommended.

The facilities are beautiful, and the staff were super attentive. It's in an unbeatable spot, just a block from the beach and right in the city center. A really good experience and excellent value for money.

We had a wonderful stay. Katy, Alejandro, and Juan were all fantastic. The restaurant food was excellent and very reasonably priced, and we hope to return soon. The hotel's in a prime location, facing a forest in the city center and just 100 meters from the sea. It has everything you need. I spent four days barely leaving the hotel. Highly recommend it!
