Arcanos Casa de Montaña

Really lovely place, with everything you need and great service. I’d come back!

We made a last-minute booking and were able to drop our bags at reception early, which let us make the most of the day. The room was spacious and super comfortable, with a big window and an outdoor deck with lounge chairs where we enjoyed mate tea overlooking the lovely garden. The bathroom was gorgeous and modern, the shower pressure was excellent, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and it was very quiet and relaxing. The service was so friendly. There’s private parking, and it’s an eight-minute drive from the city center. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and very complete. We’d definitely return.

Our trip was only five days away when I got a call saying the hotel had canceled our reservation because of overbooking. I’d booked two months earlier and had confirmation that everything was set and that they were expecting us. By then I’d already booked our flights, and they left us without a place to stay a week before the trip. I’ve never had anything like this happen. I trusted a place that showed very little credibility or honesty. I don’t recommend it and wouldn’t choose it again. I just hope and pray nobody else goes through this.

It’s quiet and comfortable, with good service and a nice breakfast. I’d return and recommend it as a place to relax.
