De la Plaza Apart

The place is beautiful, and the location suited what I was looking for perfectly. My apartment was bright, clean, spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped. Enrique, the manager, was very kind and always ready to answer my questions and requests. I hope to come back very soon. Thank you for everything, and until next time. I highly recommend it.

Parking is available, and we could bring our dog. The apartment is attractive, with big windows and everything from a clothesline to a coffee maker. But there’s no soundproofing at all. We could hear people talking loudly and moving chairs in other apartments until the early hours, and there were other really annoying noises in the morning, so we got no rest. The bathroom is accessible in principle, but the toilet is very high, though a small folding stool could solve that, and the fixed grab bars made it hard to use. The bidet shower was also terrible, spraying water everywhere from the base to the showerhead.

I don't recommend it. The phone service was very friendly, but no one ever answered the door and everything had to be handled by message. The parking lot wasn't marked, so people park wherever they want, and if you need to get your car out, you're on your own. The apartment was very poorly cleaned, with papers under the bed from previous guests still there when we left, dust bunnies and cobwebs. There were hardly any kitchen utensils, and the cutlery bent when I tried to cut meat. I gave it one star because they accept pets, but it wasn't a good experience.

We were on the ground floor until February. The apartment was nice and just like the photos, but we wanted peace and quiet and the upstairs neighbors' children made the stay a nightmare. I think the manager should consider that people come wanting silence and a good rest away from the city. The ground floor windows face the parking lot, so there's no privacy. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, though service was quick and good. From my own experience, I wouldn't return. It might have been different if we'd requested an apartment on a higher floor.
