I've stayed here twice in summer and once at Christmas, and this family's hospitality has been exceptional every time. It feels like home, and it's a magical place. Whenever I come to Austria, I'll come back. There's a little road down to the lake, and having covered parking is a real plus.

There’s a big garden, so it’s a pity there aren’t any loungers for sunbathing. The place itself is very clean and well looked after, though some of the interiors feel dated and a bit poorly finished. The stairs up to the higher floors are really steep.

You can walk straight onto the lake beach from this clean, pleasant campsite. The sanitary facilities were excellent and very tidy. There’s also a little shop and a self-service restaurant with really tasty food. Good for children and families.
