Townville Chalet´s

We spent three nights at Kaiser Lodge with four adults and paid €1300. At that price, the place is far too expensive for what you get, and we can't recommend it. The apartment was only 14-17 degrees Celsius when we arrived. Heating in one of the two bathrooms didn't work and was fixed only after we called twice. The mattresses are extremely worn and seem ancient. Handles are coming off doors, window levers are broken, there's mold in the shower, and the walls have water stains. The walls are so thin that every footstep and even toilets flushing upstairs can be heard, which is very annoying at night. The outside looks beautiful, but inside it's terrible. More than €100 per person per night is outrageous. Even the taxi driver knew it as a poorly and cheaply renovated dump. That tells you what locals think. We certainly won't stay again at any accommodation offered by this provider.
