For a longer stay, this is a great option. The owner is friendly, and there's WiFi, coffee, and the basics for cooking. The shuttle stop for Schlick is a 30 second walk, and the ride takes just 5 minutes. You can also walk 9 minutes to the town centre to catch the free shuttle to Stubai Glacier, where a seat is almost guaranteed.

I've stayed here twice and would happily return. It's spacious and cozy, in a convenient spot within easy walking distance of Stubay and the ski bus. There's no Wi-Fi or modern TV.
