The farm is in a beautiful spot, which makes it such a shame that the family’s manner can spoil a holiday. I found them very unfriendly, sometimes rude, and quite moody. From the son to the mother, they could really use a different approach with guests and visitors. I don’t understand why they offer farm stays when they so clearly struggle to get along with other people. I’m also going to report this to the "Farm Stays" association and initiative. It’s sad and concerning that some members of the Leitner family apparently feel the need to review their own farm to make its ratings look better. You can see this in the reviews.

The bathroom supplies were lacking: there was no shower gel or shampoo despite the booking confirmation, no hairdryer, and no shower curtain. Breakfast tasted good, but it was the same each day and didn’t feel worth the price. Our room was cleared during breakfast on departure day, which left a poor impression, especially since the hotel wasn’t fully booked. It’s a small, family-run guesthouse. The room was okay, and the beds were very comfortable.

Breakfast was served in a charming room and was nicely presented, with enough to eat. For the price, the accommodation was perfectly fine, and the room size worked well, with a large bathroom. There was no hairdryer, though it wasn’t listed as an amenity. The rooms are reached by a steep staircase, so it’s unsuitable for older guests or anyone with physical limitations. We sometimes felt a bit unwelcome. Cleaning started during breakfast, and again on our departure day before we’d checked out. It’s affordable accommodation near Fuschl am See.

The owners were attentive and friendly, and breakfast was delicious. It’s a peaceful spot surrounded by nature, ideally placed for getting to the lake area.
