There's plenty of room for the dog, a big kitchen, and a comfortable living room in the apartment. We could relax and look out at the mountains in a warm, laid-back atmosphere. The area is beautiful, just as the photos show, with sun, snow, mountains, and lakes. Our stay at the BauernLodge with Chris and Ingrid was wonderful. Chris and Ingrid were always easy to reach by message, shared lots of useful tips, and helped make the visit special. When I twisted my ankle, they brought me a bag of ice and Voltaren right away. Thanks for looking after us so well, and for all the peace and friendliness.

We spent the evenings playing games together in our cozy apartment, after heading out on lovely day trips each day. The apartment was beautiful, the surroundings were great, and we had a really good week. We visited Zugspitze, Garmisch-Partenkirche, the suspension bridge, Neuschwanstein Castle, Alpsee, Heiterwangsee, and the Panorama Route.

The mountains, valleys, and lakes are all close by, and the accommodation and scenery were fantastic. Ingrid and Chris really know how to make a holiday feel special, with helpful tips, introductions, a group walk, drinks, and little surprises. We had a wonderful summer week with them. Thanks again, we hope to return to this special place!

Ingrid was so thoughtful, keeping us supplied with fresh eggs and adding other nice touches. Our apartment was spotless and had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The owners are charming, and the quiet, central location felt relaxing even with our small child. We stayed for a week and will definitely be back! 🙂🤩 (Sarah)
