Breakfast has plenty to suit different tastes, and there’s a vegetarian choice on the dinner menu every evening. The food is superb, and the staff were wonderful, always doing what they could for us. Great hotel.

The owner comes around each evening to check that every guest is doing okay. You don’t see that much these days, and it made a difference. Dinner was great, and the staff were professional. Dilan gave us a warm welcome at reception, while Bajo and Matia went out of their way to make our stay special. Best family hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We’ll come back.

We spent Christmas here and had a lovely time. The entertainment was brilliant, a real Austrian experience. The restaurant was decorated like a little chalet, and Jesus and Vera looked after us so well. The food was good, with a few odd combinations that added to the charm. The location was ideal, close to the ski resort and a five-minute walk from town. Our spacious, comfortable room had a fantastic view and a balcony with chairs. The bed was huge, the linen was very clean, and the room was serviced daily. There was a safe deposit box, seating and a very large mirror. In the bathroom, there was a bath with an over-bath shower, basic shower gel and liquid soap, a hairdryer, extra tissues, a large basin, and both a big mirror and a magnifying one. The heated bathroom floor was lovely after a shower. Towels were okay. There were no tea or coffee facilities. It felt like a perfect three-star hotel. A kettle in the room would be a good addition, since everyone seemed to miss having one.

I’ve just returned from a really relaxing holiday, and everything felt right. The staff were lovely, especially our waiter, and the receptionist was helpful. Housekeeping did a great job too. I enjoyed the classic Tyrolean hospitality. The hotel should suit young people, families and seniors. Our room was big, with comfortable beds, a huge bathtub and an amazing mountain view. There were three dinner options each day, all tasty, and breakfast was good as well. The pool and wellness area were very pleasant. The hotel is next to a slope, and I’d also recommend the 20-minute bus ride to Auffach, a larger ski resort connected with Alpbachtal.
