The breakfast was delicious, especially the blue cheese and aubergine slices, which were a real highlight. Staff were lovely too. We were welcomed with tea or Prosecco, a thoughtful gesture when you're tired from travelling, and the women at reception and breakfast were kind and chatty. They also happily talked with us and offered recommendations.

The staff were efficient, friendly, and professional, and we appreciated the complimentary Prosecco on arrival and the little bottle in our room. The location was convenient too. Still, we were very disappointed with the room we got. We'd booked a room on a higher floor, but on arrival they said a system glitch had canceled it and gave us the only room available, in the garden, calling it an upgrade. I would have preferred the cheaper room we'd originally booked. The layout was poor, and the kitchenette was something we didn't need. The room felt cramped and small, with a difficult bed to get in and out of. I found the pillows especially uncomfortable because they had so little filling. Curtains hung across the entrance door: leave them open and passersby can see in, close them and it feels like a bunker. Guests could smoke in the garden and in front of their rooms, so smoke came into ours if we left the door open.

Each room has its own design, which made this one of the most distinctive hotels I've stayed in. The breakfast was very good, and it's close to the historic city center.

Such a cute boutique hotel. The staff really make the whole place feel easy and laid-back. Our cozy room had a little Prosecco and some Nespresso waiting for us. It's a 10-minute walk to the city centre, and we'll definitely stay again next time.

Everything was spotless, and I really liked the thoughtful details in the room, which was well equipped and cleverly laid out. Although it's very central, the place was quiet and relaxing, and about a 12-minute walk from the railway station. I arrived late in the evening and got a warm welcome at reception, which put me at ease straight away. I'd happily stay again.
