The breakfast had a great choice of breads and even fresh juice. Staff were super friendly and made us feel very welcome. It's a beautiful hotel close to the city, with parking available and public transport just a two-minute walk away. We loved everything and would highly recommend it.

The people working at the restaurant were even nicer than the already nice hotel staff, and the restaurant itself was good. My room was good too, though it had no AC. Checkout dragged on. Two staff members spent more than 20 minutes discussing a bus ticket with one American guest, while people waited in line. I think one person could have helped them and the other served those of us waiting. If you don't mind an unnecessary long checkout queue, I recommend the hotel.

The Rumer Hof Hotel was a comfortable place to stay, with clean, well-equipped rooms and lovely views of the mountains around it. The staff were helpful and friendly, and both check-in and checkout went smoothly. It's a short drive from Innsbruck city center and easy to reach by public transport. A great choice for a relaxing stay near the Alps.

We left completely exhausted and were so glad to be back home and able to sleep again. The traffic nearby went on all night, and sports cars at the McDrive next door made it feel like sleeping beside an F1 track. Housekeeping was great and breakfast was good, but I wouldn't choose this place for a summer holiday.

We only stayed one night. It's a standard hotel, the staff were okay, and the location is quite far from the city center. Breakfast cost 25€ per person, which is ridiculous. No surprise the room was empty. Such a shame!
