They add a non-refundable transaction fee of 3 EUR to the rate, but it isn't advertised on third party travel sites like Agoda and Priceline.

We paid 700 euros per night for the penthouse for six nights because we're a family with three children. It didn't include breakfast, cleaning, or other hotel services. When I asked, they said it was an apartment with a kitchen. I wasn't expecting five star treatment, but I did expect the four star conditions they claim to offer. Instead, the place wasn't clean, some areas had no light, and the kitchen had no dishes. There was no dish detergent or sponge, and no shower gel or soap in the bathroom. We bought those things at the supermarket rather than let them spoil our vacation. After three days, even the bathroom towels hadn't been changed, never mind the trash, toilet paper, or cleaning. When I asked at reception, I was told that in an apartment we get nothing unless we ask or complain. A big disappointment, a lot of money for a penthouse with no service!

The price was very attractive, and it's hard to find a better deal in Ischgl village center so close to the ski lifts. The hotel was very nice, with a clean, pleasant room and tasty breakfast. There's also a good sauna area on the first floor.

Everything else was super. Breakfast was great, the sauna relaxing, and the employees were friendly and helpful. The slopes are an easy walk away. The WiFi could use improvement.
