The house sits slightly above Kaprun in a sunny, quiet spot, with an open view of the Kitzsteinhorn that’s especially lovely in the morning. The road up is quite steep at first, then flattens after another 250 meters. The town center is about a 20-minute walk; for the ski lifts or Tauern Thermal Baths, taking a car is best. We stayed over New Year's 2025/26 in the spacious ground-floor apartment, which had plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 small children. The kitchen was big enough for cooking for a large family. Everything worked as it should, including the heating, TV, Wi-Fi, and three-phase power in the annex. In summer, the terrace and garden pavilion should be lovely to use. The hosts were charming and available without getting in the way, and took time to help with both small and bigger issues. Thanks again for a wonderful vacation!

So much space in these unreal apartments. There’s a new grill, two nail rooms, and a balcony running around the whole second floor.

Heliga's service was exceptionally refined, and the view from the place is absolutely stunning. Everything was very clean, with all the essentials there.
