We had a big enough room for our family with two kids, and both it and the bathroom were very clean. The breakfast was sufficient by Austrian standards. The staff were friendly and smiling, which isn’t very Austrian.
8/10
The staff and service were great, and the hotel nearly deserves five stars. The problem is the lack of power sockets: to charge a phone, you have to unplug either the TV or the lamp.
8/10
A clean room, good breakfast and kind staff, all in a great location.
