Erzberg, Hotel

The food was so good that we skipped our plan to eat out. We also enjoyed meeting some very nice fellow guests, and the inviting shared areas were perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. We could ski straight out of the door into the Arlberg ski region, a major perk for us as skiers and snowboarders. Hotel Erzberg felt like a home away from home for the few incredible days we spent there in Zürs, Arlberg. It’s a charming family-run hotel with a cozy atmosphere and very friendly staff. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The cozy feel carries through from the rooms into the common areas. Hotel Erzberg exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return.

The food wasn’t hugely varied, but it was excellent, and the kitchen went the extra mile to provide dairy-free options for me. The family who run Hotel Erzberg are delightful, and the staff are extremely friendly and personable. Service and attention to detail were outstanding throughout our wonderful week. It’s a perfect ski-in, ski-out base for one of Europe’s best ski areas. Hope to return soon!

The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully served, and our room was spotless. Hotel Erzberg is also perfectly placed for getting to the slopes. What made the week really memorable, though, was how warmly Barbara, Horst and Alexander welcomed us. Their generosity made it feel like we were staying in a family home. We'd love to come back.

I eat pescetarian, and they adjusted the menu for me every evening. The owners and staff were so friendly and really went out of their way to make our stay as good as it could be. The hotel felt like coming home to someone. I'd definitely recommend it to everyone I know.
