We came back two or three times during our trip, and I’d definitely recommend stopping here. It’s the first place you reach after the Gondola ride, and it’s easy to walk to. The setting is stunning, with a good view of the skiers. We enjoyed the menu, the excellent service, and fantastic beers. When it got chilly, staff came out with blankets. Prices weren’t too high either.

The food was amazing, and the staff were lovely and sociable. Rooms have great views, and the location just outside the gondola is perfect. I’d definitely recommend it for a great winter ski trip.

Terrace was packed, the staff were rude, and the service was very poor. Awful experience.

We liked the food and service enough to return the next day after stopping in for lunch while skiing. The schnitzel was tasty, and so was the baked potato. If the sun deck is full, there’s also a dining room inside.

Yesterday we stopped at Ilga for lunch, but after waiting 5 MN on the terrasse for a waiter to help us find a free table, I went to ask myself. He didn’t even look at me and bluntly said there was no table and it was all full. The way he spoke was so rude and unfriendly, I couldn’t believe it. Never again.
