I got a good deal, so I really can’t complain much. Service at breakfast and dinner was exemplary, and a couple of the waitresses worked especially hard. The newly renovated rooms were spacious and very nice, though now and then the toilet ventilation made a rumbling noise. The hotel is a stone’s throw from the Lech/Zug ski slopes, with a bus stop for Zurs right outside. My one real reservation was the ski storage: it’s a shared Intersport space without lockers, which felt a bit basic for a hotel at this price.

We were really pleased with the service, which was at the highest level. The breakfasts were very good and the dinners excellent, without leaving us overfull. We also had massages and enjoyed the very good sauna and relaxing area. The 4 star hotel is a five-minute walk from the ski lift. There’s a restaurant on the first floor, and the sauna is on the second basement floor. On the other side of the building, you can access the ski rental shop and restaurant. Maybe we’ll come back. Until then!

Restaurant Pfefferkorn made us feel right at home, with attentive staff and comforting Austrian food. From the moment we arrived at Pfefferkorn, Lech am Arlberg, we felt so welcome and well looked after. Until next time!

The meals were fantastic, and the service came with such a lovely Austrian warmth. My family and I stayed for about a week on a ski holiday and would gladly recommend it. The location is wonderful for skiing, right by the lifts, with stores and shopping within walking distance.

We tried a couple of the traditional Austrian soups and took a chance on the nachos, and every dish was amazing. When I asked the waiter what was good, he said everything. I’ll admit we didn’t get through the whole menu. The classic ski lodge atmosphere was exactly what we wanted.
