Getting to the gondola was easy with the dedicated bus, and it’s one of the first stops, so there was always a seat. The spa was a welcome extra, and the elevator made it very handy to reach the locker for our snow gear. Our room was fantastic, with a deep bath, balcony, and lots of storage. The staff were lovely and friendly, and the food was phenomenal. Looking forward to staying again!

The spa was a real highlight after skiing, with lots of different saunas, a nice indoor pool, and a heated outdoor one. Our room was spacious, beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully put together. Breakfast had a rich, indulgent spread with plenty of high quality choices, and the other food was excellent too. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the gondola. The staff were warm, professional, and helpful from the moment we arrived, and we felt welcome throughout our stay. We had an amazing ski holiday here in Mayrhofen. In our opinion, it’s the best hotel in town, and we’d absolutely love to return.

This was our second visit, and we’ll keep coming back. We always book a room in the new area, where they’re big, comfortable, and enjoyable. The food is excellent, and the spa is clean and modern. Service is perfect, with special entertainment and involvement.

We really enjoyed the food, and they provided gluten free bread for me. Some dishes weren’t clearly marked for allergens, though, so I’d check in advance. The rooms were comfortable and had all the amenities you’d need, and spa robes, slippers, and bags were provided in the rooms, which was convenient. There are plenty of sauna and steam room options, plus an indoor and outdoor jacuzzi. The spa was the highlight for me. The hotel is a lovely, relaxing place to stay, with a bus stop right outside and the main bus station just a 5 minute walk away, connecting you to places like the glacier. Service was exceptional. I’d definitely recommend it.

The spa was a lovely way to unwind after a day on the slopes, and the afternoon snack was a treat when we weren’t off at Après ski. We fell for the amazing Elisabeth Hotel as soon as we arrived, and loved everything about it. Dinner and breakfast were outstanding, with an unbelievable range of high quality food and such nice presentation. Our rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. David looked after us all week, always attentive, friendly, and good humoured, and he really added to the stay. The cleaner deserves a special mention too for the attention to detail in our rooms every day. We hope to be back soon. Thanks 😊
