There are free sauna and swimming pool facilities in the basement, and they’re quite nice to use in the evening, though some rooms there could use renovation. The hotel is beside a bus stop, making it easy to reach the area’s ski lifts. Some guest rooms have been modernized and look lovely, while others feel dated, though I imagine they’ll be updated soon too. Breakfast is tasty and has lots of options, including for vegetarians and vegans. The staff are very friendly.

The family who runs the ferienhotel were lovely to deal with and very accommodating. We had a nice suite that slept four, with lovely views, and the location was great. The indoor pool felt a bit tired and has no windows, but everything else was great. Would recommend.

After staying at Hotel Almajur several times, we still feel completely at home there. It’s a family-run hotel and a great base for a relaxing trip with friends or family. The team are incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The apartments are spacious, clean, well kept, and beautifully furnished. There’s a living room, a well-equipped kitchenette, and a terrace, so there’s room to relax, cook together, or just enjoy each other’s company. If you run out of drinks, there’s a vending machine to restock quickly. The breakfast buffet is delicious and generous, and the tidy spa with its sauna and swimming pool is a lovely way to unwind. We’re already looking forward to coming back!
