Freja Apartments

We had a really lovely week, and the apartment had everything we needed. They welcomed us in person and, even though it was spontaneous, let us arrive earlier than usual. Karl and Gudrun were so genuinely warm and welcoming that it felt like we'd known Karl forever. They made a real effort to accommodate our small children, and Karl was always around to answer questions and give useful advice. We were there with our extended family of 21 until Saturday and booked four apartments. I've visited Obertauern at least ten times and will definitely stay with them again. The location is less suited to après-ski, but the lift is under a five-minute walk away. We had a wonderful stay.

There's lots of outdoor space for kids to play in the snow. Inside, the apartment is modern and practical, with a fully equipped kitchen and a ski room with a boot dryer. A hidden gem, five stars!

We could set off on many hikes right from the apartment, and the Grünwaldkopfbahn cable car was only a five-minute walk away. The kids also had plenty to see and do. Our apartment was beautifully furnished with high-quality amenities, very clean, and family-friendly with two bathrooms. We had everything we needed and felt at home from the start. The hosts were wonderful, gave us great ideas for excursions and tours, and were available whenever we needed something. A fantastic summer holiday. We'll definitely come back!
