We were shouted at and pressured late at night to leave a remote mountain property, which felt frightening and unsafe. Without our consent, a very large sum, up to tens of thousands of euros, was pre-authorized on our credit card, and about €400 was later charged. This was 8-9 years ago, but it still affects us and left lasting trauma. A drainage problem happened during our stay, and false claims were later recorded about us, including that textile fibers had been found in the drain and that we said, “It’s my room, I can do whatever I want.” We never washed clothes, put anything down the drain, or said anything like that. Accidents happen, but being blamed, charged without consent, and threatened with eviction had a lasting psychological impact that guests should never have to experience.

The view is stunning, and the space is cozy. The food and drinks were delicious. Absolutely recommend it.

The people were very nice, but the room was a tiny box compared with what was advertised, despite costing a fortune. Breakfast was very limited, just circle and bread, with little food or drink. It costs an insane amount, and skis aren't supplied, so you have to book through another company to ski on the mountain and pay a large extra sum. Anyone thinking of coming should be very well cashed up. There are much better places with easier access.

It was 4 degrees, raining, and completely fogged out, so there was no view at all. Still, this was such a welcome place to get away from the chilly summer for a bit. Hot drinks and food kept us warm. Thank you!
