What made our stay special was how incredibly kind and welcoming the lady who runs the place was. We appreciated the charming interior too, especially knowing it's been family-owned for generations. We stayed two nights for hiking, and the apartment was perfectly located, with plenty of lovely places to visit within about 30 minutes, including Hochkönig, Ridinger Wasserfälle, Eisriesenwelt, and Lammerklamm. The room was clean, we had a nice mountain view from the balcony, and breakfast was good. We were very satisfied with everything.

We only had one night at Vocario, which was a shame, as we'd gladly return to the Vocario pension. The family running it is friendly and attentive to guests. The building looks a little older, but it's cozy and really clean. We had a very nice stay.

We stayed for about five days on our honeymoon last year, and thinking of it now brings back such fond memories. The pension is in a peaceful area of a lovely town, very close to the small railway station. The rooms were clean, communication was clear, the host family was good to us, and breakfast was nice. We had a wonderful stay and hope to visit again. The photo is of the town, as I couldn't find one of the pension itself.

For a one-night stop on our way home, it was convenient and the room, though rustic, did the job. The hosts were friendly, parking was free, the WiFi worked decently, and breakfast was decent too. It got very warm at night. A fan or AC would've helped, or even mosquito nets on the windows. Payment was cash only. I would've liked checkout to be at 11 instead of 10, and breakfast to run until 10 rather than 9:30. Not everyone is an early bird on holiday ;-)

The hostess deserves an award for being the nicest person in the world :) We felt like more than just guests, and it was clear the family really wanted us to enjoy ourselves and our time in the Alps. They were so kind and helpful. The rooms and bathroom were spotless, the beds comfortable, the WiFi worked, and prices were low. Breakfast was good too. A lovely place run by a friendly family.
