The generous breakfast and the chance to borrow a bike for the day at no charge were lovely extras. This is a more affordable alternative to the big hotels in town and around the Wörthersee, with a homely feel. The hosts and service were the best part. The rooms and common areas were always clean, and our room was cleaned daily. I highly recommend staying here.

My friends and I stayed at Pension Ria for a wedding in Klagenfurt, and the hosts took such good care of us. They're delightful and speak both English and German fluently. The room was clean and very comfortable, and the service was impeccable. Breakfast was just what we needed before a busy day of events. I've travelled a lot around Austria and Germany, and this was by far my best experience anywhere. I'd definitely stay again. If you're looking for somewhere warm, welcoming and comfortable on the Worthensee, this is the place.
