She was serving everyone on her own, yet the waitress was super friendly and made the place feel homey. The food was good, and service came relatively quickly considering she was alone.

The ski bus stops right outside the hotel, which is very convenient. The owneress was always smiling and very helpful despite the language barrier, and the rooms were clean and tidy. Breakfast was very good, and I was happy with it even after a few days. The price was very good compared with peak season and other hotels nearby. The hotel has its own restaurant, though unfortunately there isn’t much for vegetarians. Room temperature control and ventilation could be improved, but there was nothing to complain about. I fully recommend this place.

There’s not much in the way of facilities beyond the in-house restaurant and ski room, but the staff are very helpful. The ski bus to the slopes runs three times in the morning and three times in the evening, or West.Taxi costs EUR35 each way. It’s an easy way to reach the Serfaus-Fiss-Landis ski area, and a much cheaper place to stay for skiing in Serfaus-Fiss. This is a well-maintained, no-frills hotel. Breakfast was all right, with the usual bits you’d expect from a 3* continental breakfast. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it.

The only downside was poor WiFi in some rooms. Otherwise, it’s a very good place, with a friendly owner and large, clean rooms.
