2/10
The rooms are the weak point here, with subpar conditions. It's noisy, and sleep is difficult because the windows have to stay open for a reasonable temperature and air circulation. The room conditioning doesn't seem to do anything. The shower temperature is underway, and the safe won't open because its mechanism is stuck. The staff are incredible and clearly dedicated to customer satisfaction, much better than the facilities. The common areas are also nice and well kept. Too bad about the rooms.

This was our third stay at the Motel One in Staatsoper, and we keep coming back. It's very close to the Opera House and city shopping area, so the location is ideal. The rooms are comfortable, and the lobby has plenty of seating for a drink at the end of the evening. Welcoming atmosphere and brilliant staff. Highly recommend it, 10/10!

The location is especially good, and the hotel has a great interior, spacious rooms, and friendly staff. Breakfast wasn't worth 25 euros to me, so I'd eat somewhere else. Apart from that, great hotel!

The rooms are small, but they have all the usual Motel One amenities. It's a very nice hotel inside, and the location is perfect for walking or taking the subway wherever you want to go.

The hotel is in a great location, with nice, very clean rooms and organized parking. Parking costs extra, though, and it's a bit far from the hotel even though there's another one much closer. Reception staff were friendly, but the bar service was awful.
