Everything was perfect for us, from the cleanliness and location to the staff. We had a great stay.

The owner is absolutely wonderful, and breakfast has a great atmosphere. We feel welcome here, sleep well, and find the rooms clean and cozy every time we visit Vienna. It's easy to get to the center, too. Highly recommend it. Thank you for the lovely service! Guth

The room felt so cozy that I wouldn't trade it for a five-star hotel room. I came in without a booking and was delighted by how clean it was. The furniture looks old, but up close the bed and mattress are new and very comfortable. The bathroom cabin was spotless, and the receptionist was friendly, kind, and helpful.

The personal attention from the same two workers throughout our stay made a real difference. They were both kind and helpful, the place was clean, and the location was great. The room is small, but I'd stay again.

10/10
The staff were friendly and spoke English, and the location near the train station and major attractions is a big draw. Guests also praise the hotel's cleanliness, modern and elegant feel, and comfortable, well-equipped rooms, though some find them a bit small and mention there's no coffee or tea in the room. It offers good service and value at a reasonable rate.
