The location was so convenient. Mirabell Palace is close by, and it took us eight minutes to walk from the Central railway station. There are plenty of buses to the city center, but we preferred walking. The route was scenic and Domplatz was less than 1.5 km away. When my daughter left her precious bunny behind, the staff let us know right away and offered to send it for free. They were excellent at communicating and answered our questions promptly. We spent two nights in Master Mirabell, and the apartment had just what we needed. It felt warm and cozy, with a bedroom separate from the living room for privacy, enough space, and a beautiful bathroom. Thank you so much, Mirabell Team. We hope to come back soon!

Leaving our luggage after check-out was really convenient. Even without a traditional front desk, the service was quick and efficient, and the person who helped us was very kind and welcoming. The location was excellent, close to everything. The apartment-hotel was modern, comfortable, and nicely decorated without being overdone. Everything was impeccably clean, which matters a lot to me, and there was a pleasant fresh scent from the entrance hall throughout the space. I was extremely satisfied with my stay, highly recommend it, and would definitely return.

We stayed for two nights and didn't have any issues. The room was gorgeous, spotless, and had everything we could have wanted for either a short or long stay. It was comfortable, and other guests were so respectful that at times it felt like we were the only ones there. There was no noise at all. We got there a little before check-in after a long morning traveling from Slovenia. We messaged the WhatsApp number we'd been given, and they arranged early access to our room. We also ran into the manager when we entered, and they were pleasant and helpful. The property has a downstairs laundry room and a shared common area. There was a garden too, though we didn't use it because of the snow and cold; it looked lovely. My partner sent several WhatsApp messages and got helpful replies within minutes, even when asking which TV channel showed the football. I'd recommend these apartments to anyone coming to Austria, five stars for sure.

We booked two separate apartments for two nights, and the hosts kindly upgraded one for free so our group could stay next to each other. The apartments were spotless, cozy, modern, and felt brand new, with everything exceptionally well maintained. It was a short, pleasant walk to the Old Town, and the neighborhood was lovely and quiet, with good local restaurants and cafes. The hosts were thoughtful, responsive, and clear throughout. We had a wonderful stay and would come back.
