Good for a longer stay, with a spacious room and plenty of storage. Staff were very friendly, and there's a guest kitchen, laundry, bike rental, and a couple of vending machines in the lobby. It's only one stop from Salzburg's main station and within walking distance of the old city. There aren't many restaurant options nearby.

We loved the setting and enjoyed strolling along the river to and from town every day. Our comfortable ground-floor room looked out onto lush greenery, and the late-afternoon sun came streaming in so beautifully. The staff were kind. The laundry facilities were easy to use, though very crowded.

The room was dirty, and what they gave us for our toddler wasn't suitable. We'd booked a toddler cot for €15 per night, but were given an infant cot instead. Staff couldn't provide another one, though the receptionist tried and it wasn't her fault. When we chose to check out, they absolutely refused a refund even though they hadn't provided what we'd agreed to. I learned my lesson, never pay in advance.

A clean, comfortable room and free cold drinks in the fridge. The location near the Altstadt makes this a perfect base for exploring Salzburg.

The rooms were clean, modern, and practical, and service was great. They're inexpensive, and there's a laundry service, though we didn't use it. Each room has only one actual key. Parking is off site, safe, and cash only, about a five-minute walk back to the hotel. The old downtown is around seven minutes away on foot, with plenty of restaurants and places to visit nearby. Definitely recommend.
