The shower was really good, and the hotel was quiet enough. It’s well placed for transport, with quite a few things also within a 20-minute walk. Check-in and checkout digitally were easy. The rooms were clean, though a little basic for the price.

The hotel is modern and pleasant, and the digital check-in and checkout are slick. Still, after comparing it with another Numa hotel in Vienna, this was just an okay couple of nights for us. We both slept badly on beds that were much too firm and woke with aching backs. The tea wasn’t stocked well, so it was hard to get the kind we wanted. There was no fridge, and water was the only welcome drink. The bathroom was fine and the rain shower was very good, but the shower door is awkward and leaks water onto the floor. The nearest bus stop is about a five-minute walk away, while the centre of Salzburg is roughly 30 minutes on foot. There isn’t much to do or eat nearby, so getting into Salzburg takes about 20 minutes, and weekend travel can be busy and delayed. The location and hotel were okay, but I probably wouldn’t return.

We had a great stay, and the free drinks in the bar area were a lovely, unexpected touch. The walk into the centre is a little long, but that didn’t bother us. Our room was one of the hotel’s smallest, which was fine for our short visit and had everything we needed. It felt modern and luxurious, with a really nice bathroom and a great shower to freshen up in the morning. Thanks for having us.

We booked the smallest room, and it was a little too small for me, though that’s not the hotel’s fault. The room was clean and nice, and the self-check-in setup was really convenient. It was great being able to help ourselves to as much water, coffee, and beer as we wanted for free. There’s parking right outside, with only three spaces, but we usually found one. When we didn’t, we parked on the street.
